Fifty Shades of Grey author E. L. James admitted to Katie Couric that she wrote the trilogy for herself. The books are her fantasy. As for who would play her fantasy hero Christian Grey in the movie version, James says she has three actors in mind. Four actresses are in the running for her heroine Anastasia Steele. As for a sequel to the triology, James says, “maybe,” but she wants to write something else first.
