Saturday night was an amazing night out at a restaurant on MacLeod Trail. Have you ever been to Gaucho’s Brazilian BBQ?! You should weigh yourself before you go and after you leave. I have never eaten so much meat in my life. It was amazing! Each table has a little paper cow. If you flip it over to the “green side”, that means you are ready for meat. You better be ready, as soon as you do, 15 or so men with all different kinds of meat appear before your eyes. It’s heavenly. Garlic steak, steak parmesan, top sirloin, bacon wrapped chicken, sausage, wings etc etc etc. It was so much fun. And, the hospitality was amazing. They have a really great crew that take care of you the whole evening. Add a beer or two, and a glass of wine, and you get one of the best dining experiences in a long time. I put it right up there with the Banff Grizzly House as far as great dinner’s out. Gauchos has a location in Canmore too if you’re out that way! I highly recommend it. We went as a big group, it was the perfect combination of great food, great service and LOTS of laughs!

Yes, my family tried it out a couple years ago. It’s quite filling and my fave skewer was the roasted/skewered pineapple. Yum!
