In past years my son has decided on the most random (and difficult) Halloween costumes in the world to make.  He was a toothbrush one year, but he couldn’t just be any toothbrush, he had to be an Oral B toothbrush.  So he was.  Then he wanted to be a boot.  He was a big red boot that was made up with lots of chicken wire and paper mache.  He didn’t think that one through as much as he should considering he was bumping into everything possible- other trick-or-treaters, walls, garage doors etc being so cumbersome.  Or, how he was going to carry his candy.  That was a task too.  He couldn’t wait to get out of that costume.
This year he has fallen in love with hockey, so he wants to be a hockey goalie.  Considering our team name is the Zombies, he wanted to be a Zombie goalie, so here’s what it looks like.  His school Halloween dance was last night and it was a dress rehersal for his new costume.  What do you think?!
