Hi I’m Maz the newest part of the team here at Lite 95.9. Maz is part of my last name and that has been my nick name since I’ve been a kid. After doing the math I figured out that I am now a three decade Calgarian. I moved here in 1999 to be part of the radio business and have been here ever since. I love this city and all that it has to offer. It’s a big city when you need it to be but at the same time has that small town feel. You can still go out and run into familiar faces that you’ve met over the years being on the radio.
I’m from Saskatchewan and in a rare twist that doesn’t happen very often I met and original born and bred Calgarian named Abbie. Even though I’m a Riders fan and her family are Stamps fans we got married anyways. In November life changed as Kaleia Belle our daughter arrived. She’s awesome! I never got it before but I do now aboutbeing Dad. I’m now that guy that will show you pictures of her even if you are a total stranger.
